Business Development / Due Diligence
"Business Development" is now a core element of nearly every pharmaceutical development programme. TranScrip Partners can support Client's global business development activities and play a key role in portfolio management. They have knowledge of licensing, can identify business opportunities and strategic trends and can exhibit relevant marketing skills for out-licensing. They can support other business development activities; research and identify opportunities in coordination with Clients; help the out-license process; aid in screening of opportunities and collaborations; advise on negotiating agreements in collaboration with legal counsel; coordinate licensing contacts with partner companies; prepare forecasts and financial evaluations or be part of multi-functional due diligence teams on licensing or collaboration opportunities.
